Graduate School

Appalachian Bible College began its M.A. in Ministry Program in January of 2006. It's exciting to see this new program beginning to grow, with students attending from several states. Both men and women, pastors, teachers and lay leaders are enjoying this approach to professional training in ministry. We encourage all who are interested to take advantage of this opportunity to pursue their graduate degree while continuing their respective ministries. Students will find their ministry skills and understanding enhanced by the thirty-six hours of masters-level courses to be offered.

The M.A. in Ministry offered at Appalachian has several distinctives:

  • It can be tailored to fit one's personal ministry goals and interests.
  • It is based on a flexible schedule of modular classes, involving both on-campus and internet-based instruction.
  • It is facilitated by qualified professors with practical experience.
  • It emphasizes interaction among students, many of whom have a great deal of experience themselves.
